Cancellations

We strive to provide the freshest possible product at all times. Fresh-pressed juices are highly perishable and must be stored and prepared properly to ensure the best results. Given the nature of fresh juices, we must receive written notice of cancellations at least 3 business days prior to delivery to avoid penalty. Otherwise no refunds OR credits will be issued.

Any requests for refund before, during or after a Cleanse due to medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. Doctor's proof of condition is required.

After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation, which is your receipt.

Refunds

There are no refunds for improperly stored or handled juices and meals. The juices must be refrigerated immediately upon receiving them.
